    The one-bedroom suite was fabulous with a beautiful view. We loved the complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary and the delicious cake for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise. The outdoor spa pools were a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location is peaceful, surrounded by fine nature.

    The location was fantastic and wonderful, around 10-15 minutes walk from Dudley's Cottage Arrowtown. Japanese cuisine was served in the gourmet restaurant.

    the shuttle service needs a bit more assistance (wasn't always clear when it arrived). i really liked the spacious one-bedroom suite with a lovely view and the beautiful grounds were perfect for walking. staff was super friendly and helpful. ,

    After the horror of Christchurch in recent months it just was fantastic. Great villa. Restaurants excellent- hole in one and sala sala. Villa was warm and welcoming despite the snow outside. Great space even with a 4 and 6 year old! So nice to feel you are out in the country and have the feeling you were not surrounded by others. Our villa was by the road yet we heard no road noise- excellent. Thanks for an excellent 11nights. We will be back.

    It would have been great if the minivan ran even one hour later as into queenstown for a leisurely dinner we then had to make haste to get to the van. A 11.30pm departing queenstOwn would gave been fab.

    The setting was perfect - beautiful grounds, snow capped mountains, fantastic views etc. The staff were exceptionally helpful and our 11 year old was also made to feel welcome.

    Millbrook is peaceful and quiet

    We wanted a late checkout as our flight was not until around 5.30 and after spending $3000.oo at millbrook were informed that it would cost another $50.oo .....Great and feeling really welcome now!!...or milked!! Maybe we'll look else where next time,there's no gain in being loyal to Millbrook...Millbrook needs a loyalty program

    Limited kitchenette facilities make preparing personal meals difficult!!! Inconsistent access to fitness classes and priority for golf courses leaves hotel guests feeling undervalued!!! A noticeable lack of insulation in rooms creates cold drafts!!!

    Very hard to find Reception, as sign was obscured by trees and unclear if it was the resort reception or Golf Club reception.
